Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide through DHL

How much time does it take to deliver?

It will take 6-8 working days once your order is dispatched. iMagical Creations will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.

How can I pay?

You can pay using your debit card, credit card, internet banking or PayPal account through our secure payment gateway.

Are the product prices shown inclusive of all taxes and duties?

There are extra duties and local taxes applicable, depending on the custom laws of respective countries. You have to pay it to our shipping partner at the time of delivery.

Do you accept customized orders?

Yes, sure we make customized products. You can mail us your requirement at shop@imagicalcreations.com.

Also, you can inquire for customization in our existing products from the ‘customization' option mentioned in the product detail page.

How can I make a change in my order or cancel my order?

Any change or cancellation is only possible if the information is received before the order gets dispatched. Please get in touch with us for the same at shop@imagicalcreations.com.

How can I track my order?

We will notify you by way of email when your goods are dispatched along with Waybill tracking number. Using the same you can track your order at any time, also you can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section on your iMagical account.
